Site Director - Los Angeles
Overview
We are seeking a Site Director to lead our Los Angeles location. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing international luxury hospitality company and take full ownership of one of our flagship locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operational briefings to ensure seamless opening procedures and exceptional service delivery.
Ensure the highest standards of facility maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation across all guest areas.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between departments to optimize the guest experience.
Proactively resolve operational challenges while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead weekly leadership meetings to review business priorities, operational performance, and ongoing initiatives.
Conduct monthly business reviews with department managers, focusing on KPIs, guest satisfaction (NPS), financial performance, and action plans.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, and local regulations.
Oversee maintenance operations, technical equipment, furniture, décor, and facility presentation.
Manage maintenance plans and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Review and approve purchasing requests while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Ensure cost control and efficient budget management across operational expenses.
Collaborate in the annual budgeting and business planning process.
Monitor revenue, labor costs, operational expenses, and profitability.
Analyze business performance through KPIs and implement initiatives to improve occupancy, productivity, and revenue.
Prepare regular business performance reports for senior leadership.
Participate in leadership committees and strategic business reviews.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance, development, and engagement.
Partner with HR in recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure training plans are executed and teams consistently meet AIRE's luxury service standards.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a General Manager, Site Director, Hotel Manager, or comparable senior operational leadership role within luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, or premium fitness.
Experience opening new locations or leading luxury spa operations is highly valued.
6+ years of progressive leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, labor costs, and operational KPIs.
Proven ability to lead through coaching, accountability, and team development.
Experience driving guest satisfaction through service excellence and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
Fluent in English. Spanish is considered a strong asset.
