About the role
Lead end-to-end IT and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center that produces iconic brands used around the world. You will be accountable for ensuring all critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure run efficiently with proper resilience to support 24x7 operations in a fully compliant and secure way. This role encourages driving continuous improvement while building supply chain experience and gaining deep mastery in IT. You will act as a change agent, ensuring new technology supports an always-on, always secure, and always compliant workforce.
Candidates must be open to working at any P&G plant location in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Site Digital Technology Leader:
- Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan, aligning investments with business priorities and value creation.
- Lead critical projects, drive digital operational excellence, mitigate system risks, and ensure compliant deployment of digital solutions.
- Implement scalable technologies and processes to improve efficiency, leveraging ITIL, project management, and leadership expertise.
- Align stakeholders and deliver results across teams.
- Site Cyber Security Leader:
- Develop, deploy, and execute the site security strategy using industry-leading security technologies, systems, and processes.
- Lead threat identification and risk mitigation efforts across the plant.
- Build, maintain, and advise on a defense-in-depth security posture covering Industrial Control Systems, network security, endpoint security, and application security.
- Oversee the local incident response process, conduct self-assessments, and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
Requirements
- Graduating in Spring or Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Manufacturing IT and systems operations.
- IT operations, including incident management, organizational change, and problem management.
- IT infrastructure, such as network operations or application management.
- IT security and risk, with awareness of cybersecurity requirements.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work optimally in a "start-up" type environment.
- Collaboration and partner management with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast learner with an open mind and ability to work closely across functions.
Pay
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
