Site Digital IT Manager (2027 Grads)

About the role
Lead end-to-end IT and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center that produces iconic brands used around the world. In this role, you will ensure all critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure run efficiently with proper resilience to support 24x7 operations in a fully compliant and secure way. You will drive continuous improvement, build supply chain experience, and gain deep mastery in IT while acting as a change agent to support an always-on, always-secure, and always-compliant workforce.
Candidates must be open to working at any U.S. plant location.
Responsibilities
- Site Digital Technology Leader:
- Integrate P&G digital technologies into the site’s digital master plan, aligning investments with business priorities and value creation.
- Lead critical projects, drive digital operational excellence, mitigate system risks, and ensure compliant deployment of digital solutions.
- Implement scalable technologies and processes that improve efficiency, leveraging ITIL, project management, and leadership expertise to align stakeholders and deliver results.
- Site Cyber Security Leader:
- Develop, deploy, and ensure execution of the site security strategy through industry-leading security technologies, systems, and processes.
- Lead threat identification and risk mitigation efforts across the plant, building and maintaining a defense-in-depth security posture for Industrial Control Systems, network security, endpoint security, and application security.
- Oversee the local incident response process, conduct self-assessments, and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
Requirements
- Graduating in Spring or Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Manufacturing IT: manufacturing technology and systems operations.
- IT Operations: incident management, organizational change, problem management.
- IT Infrastructure: network operations or application management.
- IT Security & Risk: awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support cybersecurity programs.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work optimally in a "start-up" type environment.
- Excellent collaboration and partner management skills; fast learner with great verbal and written communication.
Pay
Starting salary range: $85,000 – $115,000 per year. Total rewards include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
