Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in civil engineering and site development design.
- EIT required, PE license preferred.
- Experience preparing construction documents and engineering plans for land development projects.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Background in project coordination and client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion control.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D for diverse backlog of projects.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations and prepare technical reports.
- Experience coordinating with surveyors, utility providers, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Understanding of permitting and entitlement processes associated with site development projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
