About the role
The Site Checker, Community Corrections, Part Time position at CoreCivic is responsible for ensuring resident accountability through timely on-site checks, scheduling employment verifications, conducting random breathalyzer tests, completing resident discipline reports, and supervising the resident population.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely completion of on-site checks using company resources and time management.
- Complete resident discipline reports for any program or facility violations.
- Utilize company vehicle safely, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Report traffic violations and complete accident investigation reports.
- Provide supervision of the resident population, focusing on safety, security, and facility sanitation as assigned.
- Log the checkout of equipment, keys, or other designated items according to policy and procedure.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required.
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing, and apply problem-solving techniques to complex issues.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
