Sit-Down Forklift Operator - 3rd Shift

About the Role

Join CJ Logistics at our new location in Matteson, IL as a Forklift Operator. You’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring products are safely loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. Your work will have a tangible impact on our global supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets
• Assist with manual case picking when directed
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and resolve count discrepancies
• Replenish products in the correct warehouse bays
• Perform other duties within your training and expertise

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification (preferred)
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and accountable to the team

Pay

$20.28 per hour + $0.75 per hour shift differential

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Schedule starts Monday night at 11:00 p.m.)
