SIOP Analyst
About the role
Join Enpro/STEMCO as a SIOP Analyst and help shape the future of our supply chain by uniting rigorous demand and supply analytics with hands-on ownership of master planning, scheduling, and the automation that powers them. This is a hybrid “analyst-plus-architect” role that sits between a traditional SIOP Analyst and a SIOP Systems Architect. You will run the analytical heartbeat of the Longview SIOP process—demand, supply, and inventory balancing—while also designing the digital workflows, models, and AI-assisted tools that convert planning into automated, repeatable execution. You will translate firm demand into build schedules, drive OTIF performance, and continuously engineer the reporting and automation backbone that keeps sales, operations, and finance aligned.
