Simulator Technician with Security Clearance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists with site operations and coordinates activities.
• Schedules hardware, software, and modifications.
• Assigns functions to subordinates and reviews technical work.
• Collaborates with various functional areas to develop proposals.
• Maintains contract compliance and monitors project progress.
• Coordinates with program managers to ensure resource availability.
• Submits status reports and attends meetings as required.
• Answers complex technical questions and ensures customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in electronics or engineering, or a two-year electronic technician course.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• CompTIA certifications in Security+ and/or Network+.
• U.S. citizenship and a current SECRET clearance.

Work Environment

• Must be able to perform physical tasks like walking, climbing, stooping, bending, crawling, detecting odors, hearing noises, and distinguishing colors.
• Exposure to cold, heat, airborne particles, loud noises, and potential electrical shocks.
• Working in a shop floor environment.

Other Duties

May include assisting the Site Manager with monthly status reports, attending necessary meetings, and other tasks as assigned.

Pay

$133,136 per year (Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Simulator Operator/Technician)

$107,521 per year (Maintenance Technician)

$115,907 per year (Manufacturing Technician)
