Simulation Engineer, Enterprise Systems

The role Agents need somewhere to practise business operations: an inventory system, a CRM, a ticket queue, a ledger. Real ones can’t be reset or shared. You’ll build faithful stand-ins with realistic data, realistic constraints, and snapshot and restore in seconds. What you’ll own Mock enterprise systems with real APIs and user interfaces: order management, support desks, accounting, HR, procurement.Synthetic records that look and behave like production data without containing any.The constraints that make tasks hard: stock limits, approval chains, permissions, audit logs.Making every system resettable, seedable and versioned.Checks with domain experts that the systems behave the way practitioners expect. What you bring Full-stack engineering experience, ideally on business software or internal tools.You understand how real operational systems work and where they’re inconsistent.Care for data realism: distributions, naming, the messiness practitioners live with.Comfort owning a system end to end, from schema to UI. Helpful, not required Time building or integrating ERP, CRM or helpdesk software.Synthetic data generation.
