Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a technically strong and highly collaborative Simulation Engineer to support a U.S. Government space program supporting NASA’s Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV) and Artemis missions. This position is ideal for an engineer with strong software development and simulation experience who enjoys solving complex problems in a collaborative, mission-focused environment. The successful candidate will support the development, integration, testing, and sustainment of high-fidelity spacecraft simulation capabilities supporting Orion mission operations and testing. The role requires hands-on experience with C++ and Python, real-time 6-DoF simulation, Linux development environments, the full software development lifecycle, and large-scale software systems. Experience with spacecraft systems, aerospace engineering concepts
