Construction Duties

• Concrete/Post-tension repair
• Rebar/post-tension installation and stressing
• New construction, existing buildings, working at heights
• Formwork / carpentry / finishing
• Attention to detail and safety

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced construction field technicians / laborers
• Previous experience in concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting and placement of rebar and post-tensioning systems
• Experience in placing, finishing, patching concrete
• Ability to read and speak English. Spanish is a plus
• Team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude
• Safety-oriented in all situations and environments
• Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth

Travel Expectations

• Up to 85% out of town travel
• Mixed with South Florida - area work
• Meetings will take place at our Pompano Beach, FL office
