Silver Stage Elementary Paraprofessional 09.11.26
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, navigation, legal, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Position Type: Support Staff/Paraprofessional Date Posted: 9/11/2026 Location: Silver Stage Elementary Date Available: Sept/2026 Closing Date: 09/18/2026" maybe minor metadata can be folded into short
or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with that metadata maybe. But we need to preserve all substantive information. The metadata like date posted, location, date available, closing date is not essential but maybe considered minor metadata; we can drop or put in a short p. Probably better to include a short p at top summarizing that. We need sections: About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (essential duties). Requirements (education and training, licenses, certifications). Qualifications maybe overlapping with requirements? The posting includes "Position Requirements Education and Training..." and also "Physical And Mental Requirements" and "Working Conditions". Could treat "Requirements" as education/licenses, and "Qualifications" as knowledge/abilities (Position Expectations). Skills maybe from "Ability to ..." but we can incorporate into Qualifications or Skills. Benefits: posting mentions "Range $19.27-$27.08 hourly with Employee/Employer retirement, dependent upon previous experience Range $16.29-$22.87 hourly with Employer-paid retirement, dependent upon previous experience". That's pay and retirement benefits. So we have Pay info and Benefits (retirement). Also maybe schedule: "Terms of Employment: Pay Grade 23 on the Classified Wage Structure (9 month)". That indicates 9 month term. So schedule could be 9 month (school year). So we can include Pay and Benefits sections. Also maybe "Schedule" not explicitly given besides 9 month term. Could include schedule as 9-month term. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Avoid that. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "SPECIAL EDUCATION PARPAROFESSIONAL" (typo). We'll not use as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
Position Type: Support Staff/Paraprofessional | Posted: 9/11/2026 | Location: Silver Stage Elementary | Available: Sept/2026 | Closing: 09/18/2026

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed that. Check for duplicate lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any "commensurate with experience" phrase: we used "dependent upon previous experience" which is okay? The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "dependent upon previous experience" is specific? It's not filler; it's actual condition. It's okay. Check for any "Position Summary" we used About the role. Check for "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" we used Responsibilities. Check for "Position Requirements" we used Requirements. Check for "Position Expectations" we used Qualifications. Check for "Physical And Mental Requirements" we used Skills. Check for "Working Conditions" we omitted? We didn't include Working Conditions section. Should we include? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. Working Conditions has content: exposure to climate controlled classroom settings to outside weather, noise levels, crowded environments, frequent lifting, hazards: stress, anxiety, verbal and physical aggression, classroom furniture, playground/office equipment, blood borne pathogens, communicable diseases, chemicals, power/hand operated equipment. That's specific. So we should add a Working Conditions section. But we only have allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Working Conditions is not in the list. The instruction says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning examples, not exclusive? It says "use
