Responsibilities
- walking or patrol of the grounds of the resort
- answering questions
- enforcing rules and ensuring the safety of guests and their belongings
- assisting in the trap club, golf course, and overall property responsibilities
- monitoring the property for any issues or potential problems
- ensuring proper security of the property
- ensuring guests comply with resort rules and addressing concerns
- validating guest access and performing routine patrols
- performing golf cart and rental inspections
- prioritizing guest safety and happiness
- providing on-call emergency service as required
- performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic reading, writing, and math skills
- ability to use computer applications
- ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- ability to assess situations, make quick judgments, and resolve problems diplomatically
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- friendly demeanor
- experience in security, law enforcement, or RV environments (beneficial)
- valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- ability to work weekends and holidays regularly
