Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for SoC and E2E system validation plan development, and execution
- Develop FW tooling for debug and validation
- Understand system HW/SW/FW component as a whole and do test execution and debugging
- Power and performance characterization on pre-silicon platforms and post-silicon validation boards
- Create diagnostic and validation tools to test firmware functionality, performance, and reliability
- Able to work in an agile environment, changing roadmaps and be able to adapt validation plans based on changes
Skills
- Hands-on experience in bring-up and validation of complex SoCs
- 3+ years of embedded systems or firmware development experience
- Experience in scripting language like python preferred, ability to read and debug FW/ baremetal code in C
- High level of proficiency in C (preferred)
- Familiarity with firmware testing frameworks and automation, proficiency with JTAG debuggers
- Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues

- Knowledge and experience in pre-silicon validation platforms (i.e., FPGA and emulation)
- Proficient in lab instruments such as Oscilloscope, analyzers
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
