About the Role

Load cones on a moving line and remove all breast, tenders, and wings from the bird.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use a knife with fine manipulation skills to separate the joint that holds the breast and wing to the carcass frame on a moving line at a determined pace.
• Identify and remove any bones left on the breast after the initial cut.
• Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, and support the Goal Zero mission statement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
