Signatures Modeling Engineer

About the role

Model and characterize electromagnetic phenomena, evaluate radar cross sections, verify and validate data, create signature predictions using advanced CEM software, and develop custom tools. Lead or support technical projects, develop solutions for complex issues, and assist in business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years' experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Expertise in electromagnetics, EM modeling, and simulation software (e.g., Xpatch, SENTRi)
• Strong communication, leadership, and technical documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• PhD
• TOP SECRET clearance
• RCS design
• Antenna/radome principles
• CAD
• Supervisory experience
• Familiarity with MATLAB, Python, C++, high-performance computing, and signal processing fundamentals

This role involves onsite work due to sensitive nature, with some remote capabilities, and offers opportunities to collaborate directly with industry tool creators, lead technical teams, and contribute to mission-critical research.
