Responsibilities

  • Leading the planning and execution of corporate events to deliver exceptional attendee experiences
  • Cooking with internal teams and external vendors to validate seamless event operations
  • Managing event budgets and timelines to align with organizational objectives
  • Developing and implementing strategic event marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
  • Overseeing event health and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for participants
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and collaboration
  • Embracing technology and innovation to improve event management processes
  • Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating where necessary

Requirements

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree
  • Excelling in event budgeting and execution
  • Demonstrating proficiency in brand management and marketing strategies
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance event planning
  • Embracing change and innovation in digital marketing
  • Developing skills in vendor and venue management
  • Mentoring team members in strategic questioning and relationship building

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000.
