Responsibilities
- Leading the planning and execution of corporate events to deliver exceptional attendee experiences
- Cooking with internal teams and external vendors to validate seamless event operations
- Managing event budgets and timelines to align with organizational objectives
- Developing and implementing strategic event marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Utilizing analytical thinking to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
- Overseeing event health and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for participants
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and collaboration
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve event management processes
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
Qualifications
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
- Excelling in event budgeting and execution
- Demonstrating proficiency in brand management and marketing strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance event planning
- Embracing change and innovation in digital marketing
- Developing skills in vendor and venue management
- Mentoring team members in strategic questioning and relationship building
Benefits
- The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280.
- For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
- All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
