Signals Analyst

About the Role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Signals Analyst to perform technical analysis of signals in recorded and live environments. You will help characterize signal data, analyze payloads, document technical findings, and provide analysis that supports broader mission understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate signal collection, processing, and analysis equipment.
• Analyze signals from recordings and in live environments.
• Diagnose and process standard and non-standard bit- and packet-level payloads.
• Oversee the development, deployment, collection, documentation, and evaluation of recordings of new or previously unexploited signal data.
• Write and publish technical signals and payload analysis reports.
• Prepare complex technical reports documenting analysis results.
• Present technical briefings on analysis findings in accordance with Government direction and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with analysts throughout the Intelligence Community and maintain awareness of related analysis efforts involving supported signals.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance at time of application.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Signals Analyst supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Four (4) additional years of Signals Analysis experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.

Pay

Pay Range: $87,100.00 - $157,450.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement, or other law.
