Signal Processing Engineer - Communications

About the role

This role will be performed on site in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities

• Focus on a variety of technical tasks to solve difficult problems in Signal Processing Algorithms, Electronic Warfare, Anti-Jam, datalink vulnerability assessment, and communications architecture.
• Provide technical expertise in the areas of Signal Processing Algorithms, Electronic Warfare, Spread LPD waveforms, signal detection theory, cyclo-stationary feature analysis, object oriented MATLAB programming, algorithm development, RF concepts, data links (Networked/Multi-access, Common, or Digital), and EW detectors/jammers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience solving problems and building in Signal Processing, Communications Engineering, or Electronic Warfare.
• Experience in the following:
• Communications waveform modulation theory
• Spread LPD waveforms
• Signal detection theory
• Cyclo-stationary feature analysis
• Object Oriented MATLAB programming
• Algorithm development
• RF concepts
• Data Links (Networked/Multi-access, Common, or Digital)
• Electronic Warfare detectors/jammers

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.

Skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually.
