Signal Processing and Prototyping for RF Systems
Job Description
The Advanced Undersea Systems and Technology Group is seeking a scientist or engineer to contribute to the research and deployment of novel capabilities for RF systems. The ideal candidate will have interest in RF capability prototyping from initial systems analysis through advanced signal processing and a desire to learn more through collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
Required Education/Skills
- Masters in electrical engineering, applied mathematics, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science or related technical field. In lieu of a Masters, applicants with an BS and 1 to 2 years of experience will also be considered.
- Ability to program in a scientific programming language (e.g. MATLAB or Python)
- Experience with signal processing for passive RF or acoustic systems
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Skills
- Ability to communicate with and present to a variety of audiences
- Experience with design trades relevant to multi-channel RF systems
- Experience with RF system prototyping
Recent Graduate Hiring Range
- $116,400 - $140,000
Experienced Hiring Range
- $116,400 - $182,200
