Responsibilities

• Follow layout instructions to place computer‑cut vinyl or full‑color graphic images on predetermined substrates.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer‑cut images, using techniques appropriate to size, type of vinyl, and image complexity.
• Operate and maintain printers.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks pre‑ and post‑production by reading work orders, proofing for errors, and ensuring standards are met.
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting printed pieces.
• Report inventory levels and reorder needs to the center manager, production manager, or franchisee.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to lift 50 lb or more.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist‑high table and use back‑and‑forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics.
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.
• Ability to use light‑power equipment.

Pay

Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour.
