Responsibilities

• Follow layout to place computer‑cut vinyl or full‑color graphic images on predetermined substrates or media
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer‑cut images, using techniques that vary by size, type of vinyl, and complexity
• Operate and maintain printers
• Perform quality assurance measures pre‑ and post‑production by accurately reading and interpreting work orders and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting printed pieces
• Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee
• Clean and maintain storage areas

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods (5 hours or more)
• Ability to lift 50 lb or more
• Flexibility to lean over a waist‑high table and use back‑and‑forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics
• Ability to work under pressure to output high‑volume, high‑quality work
• Ability to use light power equipment

Pay

Compensation: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour (competitive pay).
