We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need to use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have: - About the role: description of company, mission, etc. That is present. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe "Position requirements include cutting printed graphics..." etc. Could be considered Requirements. - Qualifications: list of qualifications. - Skills: maybe not separate; but we have some skill statements in qualifications. Could combine. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: compensation $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. - Schedule: not specified; no schedule details. So we should not include Schedule. Also we need to remove boilerplate: video links, EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal etc. Also remove repeated inspirational video lines. Also remove "Do you enjoy working with people?" etc which is more like fluff but maybe part of description? It's somewhat generic but still part of posting. Might keep as part of About the role? It's somewhat repetitive. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Do you enjoy working with people?" is not boilerplate but could be considered fluff. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it if it's part of the posting. But we can maybe incorporate into About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

We need to include the video link? Probably not, as it's not substantive content; it's just inspiration. Could drop. We need to include responsibilities as
  • ... etc. Qualifications as
    • . Benefits as
      • . Pay as

maybe. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Let's extract content. Already mentioned earlier. Also "We have a large network of independently owned locations - both locally and internationally - who offer competitive pay and ongoing training opportunities." Could be part of About the role or Benefits? It's about network; maybe include in About the role. Also "Are you ready to plan for your future? Discover your next career. Make your statement. Learn more by exploring the positions offered by FASTSIGNS centers. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to FASTSIGNS Corporate." This is boilerplate/application instructions; we should remove. Also "Get inspired by this video ..." duplicate; remove. Also "FASTSIGNS of High Point is an Equal Opportunity Employer." Remove EEO. Now we need to decide sections. About the role: include company description, mission, what they do, environment, opportunity, etc. We'll combine the descriptive paragraphs (excluding video, EEO, application instructions). We'll keep the motivational questions? Might be considered fluff but they are part of the posting; we can keep them as they are substantive? They are rhetorical questions; but they are part of the description. We'll keep them maybe. Responsibilities: as above. Requirements: Could include Physical Demands and maybe some of the qualifications? But we have Qualifications separate. The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements are things like physical demands, ability to lift, etc. Qualifications are skills, experience, licenses. Skills could be overlapping; but we can put skill-based items under Qualifications. We'll follow typical: Requirements = physical demands and maybe core duties? But we already have Responsibilities separate. So Requirements = physical demands and maybe ability to use tools etc. Qualifications = knowledge, skills, licenses. We'll create:

        Requirements

        • Ability to stand/kneel for long periods of time.
        • Ability to lift 75 or more pounds.
        • Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
        • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
        • Ability to use light power equipment.
        • Ability to fulfill projects in wide temperature variances and exterior weather conditions.
        • Present and maintain a good driving record.
        • Safely operate all vehicles and promptly report any incidents/infractions.

        Qualifications

        • Advanced knowledge of safe operation of power tools, general construction tools/methods, ability to measure, level, and cut straight lines.
        • Good math and proof-reading skills.
        • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (approximately 10 projects per day).
        • Enthusiasm for completing HIGH QUALITY projects efficiently.
        • Exceptionally detail-oriented to ensure every part of a project comes out correctly the first time.
        • Valid State of North Carolina Driver’s License.
        • Efficient at problem solving and creatively come up with solutions.
        • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
        • Ability to use light power equipment.
Note some duplicates with Requirements (ability to work under pressure, ability to use light power equipment). Might be okay but could be considered duplicate. We could deduplicate: maybe keep them only under Qualifications. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; removing duplicates might be considered removing detail? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should eliminate duplicate lines. So we need to check duplicates: In Requirements we have ability to work under pressure, ability to use light power equipment. In Qualifications we also have those. So we should keep only one occurrence. Which section is more appropriate? Ability to work under pressure and ability to use light power equipment could be considered both requirement and qualification. To avoid duplication, we can keep them under Qualifications and remove from Requirements. Or we could keep under Requirements and remove from Qualifications. Let's decide: Requirements often include physical demands and abilities; Qualifications include knowledge, skills, licenses. Ability to work under pressure and ability to use light power equipment are more like abilities/skills, so could go under Qualifications. We'll move them to Qualifications and remove from Requirements. Thus Requirements list will be: - Ability to stand/kneel for long periods of time. - Ability to lift 75 or more pounds. - Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters
