Sign Production/Installer

About the role

A hands-on, detail-oriented Sign Production & Installation Specialist to handle projects from the shop floor to final installation at a fast-growing, full-service sign company.

Responsibilities

• Operate wide-format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators.
• Prepare substrates, weed/mask vinyl, and apply graphics to acrylic, metal, PVC, and vehicle surfaces.
• Install a variety of indoor and outdoor signage, including wall graphics, post-and-panel signs, dimensional letters, lobby signs, and vehicle wraps.
• Conduct site surveys, take accurate measurements, and safely operate power tools, ladders, and lift equipment.
• Inspect finished products for defects, maintain clean shop conditions, and ensure installations meet design specs and safety standards.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in sign production and/or installation (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and vinyl application equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding/bucket trucks, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
