What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality ABA services
• Manageable caseload of up to 10 clients per week
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write ITPs, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance

What You’ll Need

• Active BCBA certification from BACB
• State licensure where required
• ABA experience (RBT background preferred for new BCBAs)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA
