Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
- Maintain a manageable caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (billable hours are not tied to pay)
- Work with children ages 2–18, primarily under age 6
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Pay
Base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 USD
