About the role

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district to fill a contract Sign Language Interpreter position for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbia, SC, running from ASAP through 05/28/2027. You will support students across Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School settings for 37.5 hours per week.

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $34.00 to $39.10 per hour on a local contract.

Requirements

• One year of verifiable, professional experience as a Sign Language Interpreter within the last three years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in the state of practice
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available
