Sign Installer / Field Technician

We are seeking a Sign Installer to join our team, collaborating with sales and production teams to bring custom signage to life across various client sites. This role offers a reliable 8-to-5 schedule in a supportive team environment where your work is visible to thousands daily.

If you have a background in construction, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a problem-solving environment, this role is for you. You’ll work with aerial lifts, ladders, or scaffolding and contribute to a team that values a positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the scope of work for each project to install signs precisely to client specifications.
• Safely operate company vehicles, including a bucket truck (no CDL required).
• Maintain standardized tools, fasteners, and installation equipment in an organized and well-stocked manner.
• Strictly follow all Signarama safety protocols and site-specific safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in construction (framing, roofing, carpentry, sheet metal) or a similar trade.
• Fluent in reading tape measures, using levels, and operating basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights.
