Sign and Graphics Installer
About the role
As an Installer at FASTSIGNS®, you will play an important role in getting finished signs or graphics in place so they can be seen by the public—whether on the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect, and hang items both inside and out, often working at heights and spending most of your day moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations. The position is based at an independently owned FASTSIGNS location, typically operating Monday through Friday business hours.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, erect, and hang signs and graphics on various surfaces (ground, walls, vehicles, ceilings).
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently to construct installations.
- Lift, move, and transport signage materials and equipment to job sites.
- Work at heights when required, following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with a fast‑paced, supportive team to complete installations on schedule.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas on‑site and in the shop.
- Participate in ongoing hands‑on, in‑person, and online training programs to hone mechanical and construction skills.

Pay
Compensation ranges from $45,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year, reflecting experience and performance.
Schedule
Typical work hours are Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility as needed for project demands.
