SIGINT Instructor (MD) with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Platform Instruction - Conduct course instruction by applying adult learning principles, theories, and practices, including formal platform and e-classes, hands-on tutoring, Adaptive Learning, interactive exercises, and Blended Learning approaches.
• Course Design, Development, and Maintenance - Work in conjunction with Government instructional system developers, adjunct faculty, and subject matter experts to develop and design course content and learning materials that pertain to required technical subject areas.
• Subject Matter Expertise/Tutoring - Provide hands-on tutoring to analysts in required Technical Subject Areas, resolve technical course content issues, and respond to student questions. Participate in quarterly SME/Tutoring seminars, working groups, or analyst-to-analyst exchanges.

Qualifications

• Minimum Top Secret Security Clearance with at least a Counter-Intelligence (CI) polygraph is required
• Three (3) years or thirty-six (36) months of relevant SIGINT experience in one or more of the following technical skill/areas of expertise is required: ANSK, CRSK, DATA, GISA, NETA, RPTG
• Highly-Desired Skills and/or Experience: Previous Adjunct Faculty certification, Military service component Master Instructor certification, Advanced education and/or certifications in training-related fields, experience ensuring digital content and systems meet Section 508 accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities, including familiarity with ICT Fundamental Accessibility Requirements.
