SIGDEV Analyst (Signals Development / SIGINT Dataflow Analyst)

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
• US citizenship
• 5 years experience as a SIGINT analyst
• Ability to analyze data and dataflows to ensure optimal ingestion, routing, processing, and storage of data
• Ability to analyze data and dataflow to perform troubleshooting and to assist customers to make the most of their data
• Experience working with major tools like CWH, EWH, DX, XKS, UTT, Target Profiler, etc.
• Ability to take a vague topic and figure out the question, issue, and propose solutions
• Intellectual curiosity and effort to pursue understanding

Nice to Have

• Ability to write short, small scripts (Python, Jupyter, LABBENCH) to aid in quick response analysis of data
• Experience using monitoring and metrics tools like Kibana and Splunk
• Experience working with compelled data
• Ability to use and contribute to documentation and knowledge management
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
