The SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst provides analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses. Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interests and develop analytic strategies. Identify target communications within the global network. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP. Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position-appropriate security clearance is required (e.g., Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph).

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest.
• Develop analytic strategies and identify target communications within the global network.
• Work with data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and advanced technologies over IP.
• Independently perform and provide guidance to LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.
• Provide SIGDEV support for optimizing and developing accesses.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph.
• At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within the last ten (10) years, at least five (5) years of experience with modem digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.

Skills

• Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.
• Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
• Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems.
• Proficiency in using software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.
• Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.
• Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.

Pay

$82.64 - $111.91 per hour. Hourly pay rates serve as a general guideline and vary based on factors including government contract rates, experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
