Responsibilities
- Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
- Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
- Independently perform and provide guidance to LEVEL 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development
- Identify target communications within the global network
- Provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses
- Demonstrate incorporation of independent research to enhance target development
- Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information
- Create, modify, and query fingerprints in SIGINT tools
- Interact with partners and be familiar with ITAR exporting process
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- At least ten years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support
- Within the last ten years, at least five years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)
- Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
- Background in process improvement or analytical services
- Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations
- Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors
- Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information
- Experience with software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development
- Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories
- Experience with DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP
- Experience with Cloud Datacenters
- Experience with protocol analysis and telecommunications targets
Pay
The projected salary range for this position is $197,300–$219,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
