The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automation systems, control theory, and experience with BACnet, Modbus, and other relevant protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain building automation systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize building management solutions
• Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain documentation related to building automation systems
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in building automation technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building automation systems
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and other building automation protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building automation standards and best practices
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and building management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java
• Experience with building simulation tools like EnergyPlus or TRNSYS
• Understanding of HVAC, lighting, and security systems

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
