About the role
Bill Lake Modular Homes is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Siding & Window Installer to join our production team in Sprakers, New York. This is an opportunity to build your career with an established modular home manufacturer that has been producing high-quality residential homes and multiunit buildings for more than 40 years. In this hands-on position, you'll install exterior siding, windows, trim, flashing, sealants, and weatherproofing components on modular homes during the factory construction process. Your work will directly contribute to the appearance, durability, weather resistance, and overall quality of each completed home. You'll work with materials such as vinyl siding, engineered wood, fiber cement, window systems, exterior trim, and flashing, ensuring every installation meets approved construction plans, manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on construction, takes pride in precision and craftsmanship, and can work efficiently within a structured production environment. Whether you bring previous experience in siding installation, window installation, residential construction, remodeling, or a related trade, this position offers the opportunity to strengthen your skills while contributing to quality-built homes.
Responsibilities
- Install residential windows in modular home units according to approved construction plans, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
- Accurately position, level, plumb, square, and secure window units
- Install flashing, sealants, membranes, insulation, and other required weather
