Siding installer needed full time

About the role

Tacheny Exteriors is a fourth-generation, family-owned home remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, windows & doors, soffit & fascia, and decks. We are expanding our W2 crew and seek motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the installation of roofing, siding, windows & doors, soffit & fascia, and decks
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support quality control through proper installation techniques
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew leads and customers
• Participate in training and development sessions to grow technical skills
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
• Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination

Compensation

Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience
