About the role
The Sidewalls team member will be part of the Wall department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs on a continuous basis. The role has technical requirements, including the ability to read and interpret orders and prints, as well as understand DAPIA (code) requirements. This is a level BRAVO role.
Pay
Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, progressing to $25.00 per hour over 90 days if attendance and performance expectations are met.
Requirements
- Ability to continuously lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs
- Ability to read and interpret orders, prints, and DAPIA (code) requirements
- Ideal internal candidates will not have any attendance, safety, behavior, or performance write-ups past a verbal level warning in the last 12 months
A skills test may be performed to determine the ability to continuously lift siding. Candidates will review task stackers and duties with the hiring manager and TMX at the time of the interview.
