Job Summary

The Strategic Initiatives Market Operations Associate is responsible for managing patient experience performance, serving as the patient experience champion, providing consultative guidance, reviewing complaints, identifying opportunities, and executing improvements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Travel to imaging centers to evaluate patient experience
• Subject matter expert for all projects and operational leaders
• Create and manage detailed patient experience plans
• Communicate expectations and measure results
• Exercise initiative, judgment, and decision-making
• Share information and provide direction, consultation, and recommendations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Be timely and efficient, manage projects/initiatives accurately
• Show process orientation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Understand and articulate support/project requests from users
• Guide customers/teams through operational improvement and customized training
• Show excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills
• Show proficiency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office
• Travel to support company goals and initiatives (~50%)
• Understand and perform job responsibility ethically and comply with laws
• Maintain employee/patient confidentiality
• Stay informed of RadNet policies and conditions to provide input

Minimum Qualifications, Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Imaging/Radiology experience a plus
• Proven excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead in an agile and fast-paced environment
• Able to make important decisions under pressure
• Problem-solving skills
• Able to positively embrace strategic initiatives and execute as scheduled
• Excellent organizational & planning skills
• Strong experience and aptitude in various Windows-based programs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present ideas and information in a concise, organized way
