Shuttle Driver - Valet

About the role

Lexus of Nashville is seeking a Full-Time Shuttle Driver / Service Valet to join their growing team. This position offers a starting salary of $17/hr, with a potential raise to $18/hr after 90 days. The schedule includes Sundays and major holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them to the right place
• Safely move customer vehicles around the lot and through the service process
• Keep vehicles clean and protected during service with covers and tags
• Lightly vacuum and use an automated car wash
• Shuttle guests to and from their destination in a friendly and timely manner
• Maintain the lot and walkways, ensuring a polished and safe environment
• Help ensure customer vehicles are returned spotless and damage-free
• Support the team with various service-related tasks

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary – training will be provided to the right candidate
• Must be able to drive and park vehicles confidently
• A friendly, upbeat personality with a strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual with a team-first mindset
• A desire to help people and make a difference every day
• High school diploma or GED and a clean driving record required

Qualifications

• At least 19 years old
• Pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
