Responsibilities
- Safe and Efficient Transportation
- Operate shuttles or commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws, conducting regular inspections, reporting issues, and adjusting routes as needed to maintain timely service.
- Passenger Assistance and Customer Service
- Provide welcoming experience by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and mobility needs, while offering helpful information and professionally addressing concerns to ensure a safe and positive travel experience.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Safety Compliance
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain a clean and safe vehicle, and report issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, DOT regulations, and CDL standards, operating the shuttle safely and efficiently in all conditions.
- Communication and Coordination
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations, follow protocols for real-time updates, and collaborate with teams to deliver seamless transportation services.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service fields is beneficial.
- Candidates must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid Class C CDL driver’s license with a passenger (P) endorsement if applicable.
- A minimum of one (1) year of shuttle driving or transportation experience is required.
- Must have a clean driving record with no major violations and successfully complete an MVR check, background screening, and DOT physical examination (if applicable) to maintain compliance with company and safety standards.
