About the Role

As a LAZ Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers and employees to and from assigned destinations. Your role ensures the safety and welfare of all passengers while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Greet, engage, and thank guests 100% of the time (GET 100).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle, including ADA passengers if applicable.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment to maximize productivity.
• Work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of driving experience.
• Compliance with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement if required by state regulations.
• Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical examination.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
