Responsibilities

• Safe and Efficient Transportation
• Operate shuttles or commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws, conducting regular inspections, reporting issues, and adjusting routes as needed to maintain timely service.
• Provide welcoming experience by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and mobility needs, while offering helpful information and professionally addressing concerns to ensure a safe and positive travel experience.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain a clean and safe vehicle, and report issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, DOT regulations, and CDL standards, operating the shuttle safely and efficiently in all conditions.
• Communication and Coordination
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations, follow protocols for real-time updates, and collaborate with teams to deliver seamless transportation services.
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and ensure high-quality service.
• Balanced individual responsibilities while fostering a positive team environment, supporting colleagues, and recognizing team accomplishments.
• Attendance and Professionalism
• Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations.
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, and properly groomed before clocking in.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on a positive, helpful attitude and willingness to provide excellent service.
• Previous experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service fields is beneficial.
• Candidates must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid Class C CDL driver’s license with a passenger (P) endorsement if applicable.
• A minimum of one (1) year of shuttle driving or transportation experience is required.
• Applicants must have a clean driving record with no major violations and successfully complete an MVR check, background screening, and DOT physical examination (if applicable) to maintain compliance with company and safety standards.
• A Class C license with a Passenger (P) endorsement is required for operating vehicles such as passenger vans, minivans, stretch limousines, light trucks, and small buses. These vehicles must have the capacity to transport 16 to 23 passengers, including the driver.
• Valid Class C license with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Current DOT medical certification and compliance with drug screening requirements.
