Shuttle Driver - Baytown Ford

About the role

The Shuttle Driver will assist with vehicle movement, provide shuttle rides, perform valet pickups and drop-offs, and maintain the dealership’s appearance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and drop off customers to and from the dealership, ensuring punctual and courteous service.
• Maintain a positive, customer-friendly attitude to enhance the service experience.
• Assist in organizing the dealership lot, including parking vehicles in designated spaces.
• Keep the lot and shuttle vehicles clean and well-maintained for a professional appearance.
• Work closely with the service teams to support overall dealership operations.
• Keep trip records, including passenger names and pick-up/drop-off points.
• Notify dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to drive and move vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership’s professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: drug testing, background check, MVR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous shuttle service experience.

Pay

$15 per hour.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• Sundays off; Saturday availability required.
