About the role

Shuttle Drivers provide safe, courteous transportation for customers between our parking facilities and airport terminals. This is a part-time, evening and weekend position.

Pay

$15 per hour (plus cash and mobile tips) with regular bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between the airport terminal and Parking Spot locations, following all safe-driving practices
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service
• Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
• Comply with all regulations governing commercial-vehicle operation
• Perform additional duties as requested by management

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous driver and/or customer-service experience preferred
• Must hold and maintain a satisfactory driving record per the Employee Handbook
• Must possess any required licenses or badges to operate a commercial vehicle
• Must pass a physical exam as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to converse with the public, interpret traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports in compliance with DOT regulations
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage, with or without accommodation
