The Parking Spot, with over 25 years in business and 40+ locations nationwide, is the largest near-airport parking company in the U.S. Our Shuttle Drivers play a key role in safely transporting customers between our parking facilities and airport terminals while delivering exceptional service. Pay
$17.05 per hour (plus cash and mobile tips) with regular bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport up to 15 passengers between the airport terminal and Parking Spot locations, adhering to all safe driving practices
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage
- Provide pleasant, courteous customer service
- Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
- Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- Comply with all regulations governing commercial vehicle operation
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
- Must maintain a satisfactory driving record per the Employee Handbook
- Must hold applicable licenses or badges required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- Willingness to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, or state regulations
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English to converse with the public, interpret traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports in compliance with DOT regulations
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage (with or without accommodation)
