Salary Is Based On Experience, Skills, And Education This position is 100% onsite The Marvin Group is a Strategic Partner for Global Alternate Mission Equipment and Sustainment The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from facilities safely and on time per route and schedule provided SCOPE The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from facilities safely and on time per route and schedule provided Responsibilities Pick up passengers and transport them from stop to stop (3 total stops in route)Maintain route schedule.Always maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.Always follow all traffic regulations.Perform visual inspection on shuttle van. (Interior and exteriorReport any findings during inspection and/or during shift.Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.Performs other duties assigned as required by the business. Skills / Requirements 1 year of experience operating an Intercompany shuttle or company vehicle is preferredMinimum of a high school diploma or GED is requiredMust be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, pay attention to detail, neat in appearance and have a basic safety knowledgeFollow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisorExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer serviceMaintain awareness and understanding of documents published in the BMS Library, with specific competency of general as well as related field documents. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordExcellent customer service Physically able to drive for long period of timeMust be authorized to work in the USAMust be able to speak / write EnglishPhysical requirements consist of standing, walking, and sittingMay be required to work overtimeMust be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
