Shuttle Driver
About the role
IS THIS YOU? You're a safe, courteous driver who treats every passenger like a valued guest -- you're punctual, reliable, and understand that a shuttle ride is often the first or last impression a service guest takes away from their visit. You're looking for a consistent, community-facing role at a well-run dealership where your reliability and professionalism are recognized and your day has a clear, purposeful structure.
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time. Swickard Toyota in Edmonds serves a loyal Snohomish County community where the service department's guest experience extends well beyond the drive. The Shuttle Driver is a critical part of that experience -- transporting service guests to and from their homes, offices, and appointments while their vehicle is being serviced. Every interaction in the shuttle is a Swickard hospitality touchpoint, and the driver who handles it with genuine warmth and professionalism represents the store's standard as directly as any advisor on the drive.
A well-run Snohomish County Toyota store where the shuttle driver is a genuine and respected part of the guest experience team -- your reliability and warmth matter here. Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry. Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- apply to every guest interaction, including every shuttle ride.
