Shuttle Driver

A Hotel Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests to and from designated locations, providing comfortable and efficient transportation while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the hotel's shuttle vehicle, following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle both inside and out.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with luggage and boarding.
• Provide information about the local area, tourist attractions, and hotel amenities.
• Assist guests with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Ensure passenger safety by obeying all safety and traffic regulations.
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations, such as accidents or medical incidents.
• Maintain a clean driving record and promptly report any accidents or incidents to hotel management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local roads and attractions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry luggage and assist guests with limited mobility.
• Stamina to sit for extended periods and drive safely.
