About The Role Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department. This role helps create a positive customer experience by providing safe, reliable transportation to and from the dealership while customers' vehicles are being serviced. When not transporting customers, the Shuttle Driver assists with vehicle movement in the Service Drive and helps maintain an organized, efficient service operation. Responsibilities Safely transport customers to and from the dealership while providing courteous, professional service.Maintain a timely and reliable shuttle schedule.Assist with moving customer vehicles in the Service Drive.Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and presentable.Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or service needs to management.Communicate professionally with customers and dealership team members.Assist with maintaining an organized flow of vehicles in the Service Department.
